Speed cables are those cables that are designed to transmit the amount of speed you are running to your dashboard. The speed cable has two sides the round side which has a rectangle hole in between and the other side that looks like a square shape,
How To Connect The Speed Cable
connect the side that has a round side and a rectangle hole to the front rim cover of the motorcycle, carefully guide the rectangle hole to fit into the space, then tighten it with the screw.
Having done that, to test if it is properly fixed try and raise the front tire above the ground and roll it, you should see the cable turning depending on the direction in which you roll your front tire, after doing that, connect the cable to the speedometer dashboard and then tighten it. see that easy right and that’s all.
Note: If after you connect it to the front tire the cable does not turn when the front tire is rolled, then you should change your front rim cove before installing the cable again.
