my husband and I have being together for 3 years, we dated for a year before we got married, when we were dating we always talked about having our own business but we didn't have money then. after a year of hustling my husband was more financially stable.

one faithfully day he came to me and said "my wife please I want to open a shop for my mum before I open yours so that my family people wont say I open a shop 4 my wife when my mum didn't have one". And I agreed to it. my husbands open a shop for his mum and brought her a new motorcycle because his mum loves motorcycle and the one she was using was old, after two weeks my husband open my own shop, my mother in-law came to my shop and she said she wants my shop because her own is not as big as mine. She cause trouble every time she comes to see me. 

my husband has talk to her and even promise to invest in her own shop so that it won't look like mine is bigger than her. but this woman does not want to let me have peace. please what should I do?

Since your mother in-law is jealous of you owning or having a bigger shop, how about you tell your husband to tell his mother that the shop is not for you but for him and that you don't have any shop that he just put you in charge of the shop to assist him because he is not always available at the shop.

Just for peace to rain, mine while he can still invest in his mothers shop to make it bigger
