"whom Should I Call" My Step Mum Or My Biologically Mum?

So this lady send us a story and she is asking for you opinion

I live in Louisiana, London. My mom gave birth to me and two others and ran away leaving me, my siblings with my father. my mum went to Cardona to go and marry another man. So my father without an option had to get married to a new wife, thereby the woman became my stepmother.

Till I grew up, relocated to the UK, got married and now live in the UK. Fortunately my stepmother has being the one close to me, she's so nice to me and my sibling, treated us with care as if she was the one who gave birth to us. Now I need someone who will come and help me take care of Me and my new born baby in the UK. This is normal thing in Africa. Your mum have to come and help you take care of your child especially if its your first child.

we call it Omogo. Either your mother or any elderly person coming over to help you with taking care of the child. So I applied for a visiting visa for my stepmom, whom actually that is the person I grew up with. I don't even have a relationship with my own biological mother,  I don't know who went to tell my mother that am applying for a visa for my step mother.

My mother reached out to me and was like, that she wants to come for the Omugo. That it shouldn't be that woman coming for Omugo. And I was like, well we don't even have a relationship. Why should it be you coming? It's this woman I know all my life. But my mother was insisting it will not work. But I didn't listen and continued processing the visa for my step mother. My mother went as far as reporting to UKVI that the woman that is coming for her daughter is not her mother. She is the biological mother of this lady, Me. I am seeing something like if this woman comes, she will never agree to come back home. Because this woman seems to be someone who is desperate. I mean I don't have a relationship with you so why do you want to come? You were never there for me when I was a kid so I'll choose whoever I want to choose. And now they are telling me to bring a DNA test result proving that the woman I claims is my mother who is coming to visit me in UK is actually my mother. Am so confused please what should I do.
